Quick Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

Lamb Chops

Marination:

Garlic, One Head Made Into Paste
White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder  1 tbsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Chili Powder, a pinch
Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice, one lemon squeezed

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients listed under "Marination"

2. Throw the lamb chops in

3. Mix thoroughly. I kept them overnight. If you cannot plan ahead, keep them marinated at least for 20 minutes

4.  Cook them on stove-top. I like my chops well-done. So I did 4 mins each side. If you like them rare, or medium, adjust accordingly.
